What is your return policy?

All orders on VibrantWorlds.com are fulfilled by our printer, Pixels.com. If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on VibrantWorlds.com, for any reason, you can return it to pixels within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, they will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note - VibrantWorlds.com does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Where are your manufacturing facilities located?

All orders on VibrantWorlds.com are fulfilled by our printer, Pixels.com. They have 16 manufacturing centers located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world.   When you place an order, they will automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times.
